WPC-Pure/ Ooty

The post appears in response to WordPress Weekly Photo Challenge-Pure. The challenge this week:

For this week’s challenge, share a photo of something pure — it can be a person, an object, or a moment. “Pure” can convey wholesomeness, something undiluted, or simplicity.

Ooty, Tamil Nadu India. Weekly Photo Challenge- Pure

The above picture was shot in Ooty, a popular hill station in South India in the state of Tamil Nadu, India after long round of showers. The picture shows the expansive view of hill station landscape. The place from where I shot the above picture is away from main settlement of Ooty on the edge of popular lake. You can see tea gardens in this picture.

Looking at this picture I can feel the fresh and pure air. I can’t imagine getting pure air in cities anymore! Ooty is also known by the name of Ootacamund. The hill station is popular for it’s tea gardens.
